I have been through so many things and have learned and still learning a lot. We go through our own rough times in life and this podcast is something for me to express and talk about things that people can relate and not feel alone. My biggest goal is just to spread kindness and to have a better understanding of one another, we should lift each other up and not down. The journey never ends, keep moving forward.

    Speaking Up

    I left for the Philippines to reset and learn more about my life. I reached a very low point and I wanted to change that. I'll say it was very motivating and inspiring to leave and I brought that back. If you want something to change be the change, no one will do it for you. I have many stories to share and this one is just the beginning.
