    The Stories We Tell Ourselves

    Are the mental loops playing out in your head your own thoughts or just something that you’ve decided to take on because someone else said it to you? A lot of the time, the beliefs we hold on to are really just limitations we’ve adopted as our own. In this episode, I talk about how you can bring more awareness to those loops, so you can rewrite them and begin creating your life more consciously. Here are some ways you can explore this for yourself: write out 3-5 core beliefs you have around career, life, and/or love (something that you find you tell yourself often)sit with each one, notice how it feels in your body, is it still true for you? Something you no longer want to carry? How can you rewrite it to be something that feels good for you?can you find evidence in your life where a negative belief has been proved wrong? What about evidence where a positive belief has been proved right? (it can be the littlest thing!)now take a look at each and see it from a higher perspective - how can you bring an expansive view to each belief?remind yourself daily of your new beliefs to rewire your subconsciousThanks again to Native Space for sponsoring this episode. I talk about the importance of intention and awareness in all the things you choose to do especially as you pursue your personal truth and inner joy. The Universe leaves cosmic breadcrumbs along your path all the time! All it starts with to notice is an open mind and a willingness to listen to the guidance. After you've listened to the episode (or you can even pause it midway), bust out your journal and explore these prompts: what are your core desires? what is the string that brings it all together? when was the last time you did something that sparked your joy? what brings you joy? what signs and messages have you been receiving?
