This is my favorite ADHD podcast
This podcast and, the resources I’ve found through it, has helped me like nothing else. I love the focus on working with and understanding our brains while still focusing on goals - just what I’ve needed!
I feel understood!
As someone diagnosed with ADHD at 51, I dove into podcasts (I bought books, too, but…they’re sitting here unfinished (thanks, ADHD)). Paula’s podcast makes me feel so understood!
I’ve also coached one-on-one with her, which was SO helpful.
