Paula is so amazing! I found her while desperately scrolling Pinterest for life tips to deal with ADHD diagnosed as an adult mom. She has changed my life. Her podcasts are my nightly sanity. She offers so many free workbooks and tips on her website and even offers a free 45 minute video chat to see if she could help you - no strings attached! She is now my ADHD life coach and helps me with accountability, organization, work/life lists and tips, planning, and understanding how our ADHD brains work. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Reading from a script

I wanted to and tried to like this podcast but find it irritating and dull when a podcaster just reads a script. What’s the point? It’s like listening to a lecturer in college. Consider a different format.
