As someone diagnosed with ADHD at 51, I dove into podcasts (I bought books, too, but…they’re sitting here unfinished (thanks, ADHD)). Paula’s podcast makes me feel so understood!

So helpful!

I was very recently diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive Type (at age 57), so I started listening to several different podcasts to help me understand myself better and learn some coping skills. This podcast has been SO positive and helpful — I just love it (and highly recommend)!!!
