Thank God for this podcast
SO so grateful to have found this!! I have truly learned to function better with my ADHD brain through becoming a listener of this podcast. She has a lot of knowledge and delivers excellent messages with so many helpful insights. I also personally appreciate how on track she stays (vs other podcasts that I have found can ramble on or go down random paths). Quality level high.
Helped SO Much For My Job
Up until recently, all of my roles were essentially set in an atmosphere of organized chaos (everything was due yesterday and there were constant last minute fires to put out) - honestly, I thrived in them. Fast forward to last summer, when I started a role in the most structured, extensive-project-and-future-planning required environment I’ve ever encountered. By 6 months in I was drowning and I was put on a weekly performance review, which meant if I didn’t improve I would lose my job. This hugely shook my confidence. I’d always been a high-performer, and it was really impacting my sense of self. After some researching, I realized this might be undiagnosed ADHD (37yo F), found Paula’s podcast, and using her advice, I actually turned my performance around at work! I’ve been taken off weekly performance reviews, and feel like I can finally breathe. Thank you SOOO much, Paula. I genuinely attribute this to your work on this podcast and couldn’t be more grateful. 💛
