Lastly, we tackle a topic that most people shy away from and that's mental illness.  Despite the fact that nearly one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness, there is still a stigma attached to it.  Mental illness doesn't care how much money you have, what kind of car you drive, or any of that.   It doesn't discriminate.

And unfortunately, I had to talk to my six-year old son this week about George Floyd and why some people don't like us just because we're black.  If you haven't heard, that's called white privilege.
