Humor and Grace
Megan and Jess tackle big mental health topics found in media with humor and grace. I enjoy their thoughtful takes and the witty banter that exists between them. The hosts obviously have great chemistry and know their stuff. It makes for an enjoyable and also educational listen. I definitely recommend this podcast to anyone who enjoys diving into movies and shows and thinking about how various things are portrayed—for better or worse. I consider this podcast to be a glimmer!
