Its a scary feeling when you realize youre responsible for your own life . You become aware of all the things you were never taught and feel so lost as your going through the world. It can be an uncomfrotable process but it doesnt to be. Lets talk about whats really bothering us, whats really on our minds without any judgment. Like wtf is going on in the world, culture upbringings, mental health, setbacks, having a relationship with ourselves.. with our parents, all that shit etc.. Were all just trying figure shit out, so lets have a open conversation about it

    Todays episode is about how we should stop allowing society and upbringings pressure us into feeling like we need to have it all figured out by 29. I say , f**k that shit. Thats not ideal. A huge portion of our lives shouldnt be just worrying about where we shoiuld be, what accoumplishments we have but instead enjoy them. I hope this episode gives some insight and clarity to those that feel this pressure as well. Im right with you
