They help leaders in middle levels and senior levels engage better with their teams, peers, and senior stakeholders. They also help teams develop a growth and performance mindset, align better with the organizational culture and values, and function more cohesively.  Very passionate about women’s leadership development and have developed a practice around it.  They enable leadership development through 1:1 coaching interventions and through a set of curated leadership and personal transformational workshops. Her zeal to make the learning programs fun, engaging and interactive comes from her strong background as a Learning & Development professional. Surbhi has more than 21 years of rich experience in the Learning domain. After working with large global organizations such as Accenture, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, ANZ, Akamai, she took the entrepreneurial path with LearnBuddy in 2018. While she shifted her focus from adult learning to the kids education space with LearnBuddy, her passion to make learning experiences meaningful remains at the core of her heart.
