In this episode I talk with my friend Charles Ainslie who is a Director and Coach at The Trust Connection in Cape Town, South Africa. Charles talks about the work of The Trust Connection using NLP to accelerate community transformation, enabling people to connect with others that they may not otherwise connect with, and mobilising resources in individuals that they can take back into their communities. And he explains the African philosophy of ‘Ubuntu’ – literally meaning ‘I am because we are’,  the notion that we are not all we can be until we connect with others

Yosara was inspired by her own daughter to create this App and now has 50 coaches across the world, with a wide range of language capabilities.
