    Life is hectic and chaotic, but we are creative beings who can activate the power of the inner voice

    Your mind is that conscious invisible part of the body where most of your dialogue takes place. Telling yourself that "I can past an examination" verses "I dont know if I can do it" impacts the bodily cells in various ways. Using positive langauge such as "I am an ESL student and I can speak English", "I am talented enough to make the soccer team", "I am young, but I have sufficient experience", "I know I am great with algebra", "I am aware that this brings value", "I have the ability to help those around me", can in fact bring you great joy and transform your life and the lives around you. In essence, stop waiting! Start what you wanted to accomplish last week, but did not get a chance to get to it done! Start with what you have and then observe how your life and other's lives around you transform!

    Our collective robustness symbolizes a force to be reckon with especially during this period where we are all suffering in one way or another by the pandemic pinch. Let us virtually hold up each other in the light of humanity and grace to thrive and survive this pandemic together!
