    Can you believe it’s the end of Season 3?!?   This season brought us meaningful discussions about grief, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome, as well as explorations of what it means to navigate chaos both online and in our daily lives.  We’ve had unforgettable moments, like the joy of hosting an episode while Colleen was anxiously awaiting news of becoming a Grandma, discussing the ups and downs of life in the spotlight and soul-stirring conversations about inclusion, grief and loss and everything in between.  As we tie a bow (or maybe a few layers of duct tape) around this season, we’re reflecting on all the laughter, lessons, and courageous stories shared by our incredible guests. But you know us, we couldn’t let the season finale go out quietly. That’s why we’re ending this party with the ultimate speed round showdown! Who’s faster on their feet? Who cracks under the pressure? Who will you learn something new about? You’ll just have to tune in to find out. Because, overcommitting isn’t just a scheduling nightmare—it’s an imposter syndrome amplifier. In this episode, Ruvi bravely talks to us about the very recent and traumatic loss of her mother and how she is navigating her life as a mother, partner, family member, friend & professional through loss.  We discuss the profound and often unexpected ways that the loss of a loved one can change us, the intense and sudden nature of grief and the therapeutic approaches that have offered us peace during periods of severe anxiety and grief.  All the while outlining the importance of self-understanding, acceptance at all stages and the need to make space for our grief, even when it makes us feel like strangers to ourselves and others.
