The Improvement Warrior Podcast is hosted by Jason Yun. A former gym owner, food & exercise guru who has literally seen the light. Influenced since 2018 by the work of Dr. Jack Kruse and jumping into his teachings and becoming a Mitochondriac.
Circadian Biology rules the roost for health. Yun will dig deep into the power of light, water, magnetism, cold thermogenesis, mindset, sleep, food and exercise. And attempt to translate the work of Dr. Jack Kruse into something you can understand and implement into your life.
