    Welcome to IN | BETWEEN — the space where the chaos and the calm finally stop fighting… and start talking. I’m Lindsey Marshall — the voice, the writer, the storyteller, the girl who somehow ends up in the middle of everything, whether I asked for it or not. And this podcast? This is where all of that lands. IN | BETWEEN is the home for the stories that don’t fit neatly anywhere else. The moments where life didn’t go left or right… it just went off script. The places where things get messy, honest, hilarious, traumatic, resilient, or downright iconic. And the conversations we’re all having in our heads but never actually say out loud. Here, nothing is too real. Nothing is too raw. And nothing is off-limits — especially the things people tell you to “just get over.” I built this podcast because I realized most of us are living somewhere in-between: In between who we were and who we’re becoming. In between heartbreak and healing. In between what happened and what we’re actually ready to talk about. In between silence and speaking up. In between the joke and the truth hiding inside it. And honestly? That in-between space is where all the growth, chaos, comedy, and power actually are.
