    Enter our mind palace as we explore the couple that set Tumblr ablaze. Today we're talking Johnlock, the fan fixation of Sherlock Holmes shipped with John Watson from Sherlock—the 2010-2017 BBC drama. This modern retelling from Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss pulled fans back into the world created by Arthur Conan Doyle. The chemistry and hints in the show led fans to passionately root for the main characters to get together, sparking a major Tumblr conspiracy. While canon has let fans down, there still exists a large fan movement around this pairing. Join us today for a dive into Tamsyn Muir’s unfinished Locked Tomb series (Gideon the Ninth and sequels), a sci-fi/fantasy horror murder-mystery with meme-heavy humor and a final book still unreleased. We explore the relationship betwwen Gideon Nav and Harrowhark ("GriddleHark"), lifelong enemies from the dying, cultish Ninth House who become necromancer and cavalier in Canaan House’s lethal “escape room” trials to become Lyctors. They build trust, share trauma, and ultimately Gideon sacrifices herself so Harrow can survive, triggering later soul/memory twists across books two and three.
