In Flow was such a special era that I built with my best friend, and those memories will always mean everything to me. I’ve reached a place where I know it’s time for a fresh start. I’m giving myself space to pause, rethink, and re-imagine what I want this next version to look and feel like… something that aligns with who I am now. I also share a few of the biggest lessons Japan taught me — the slower pace, the intentional way of living, the beauty of embracing change instead of fearing it. Letting go doesn’t have to be heavy; sometimes it’s the most freeing, expansive thing you can do. Thank you for growing with me through every chapter.
