Jesse Coomer is a breath-work coach, author, and fitness enthusiast known for his expertise in breathwork, cold exposure, and overall mental and physical well-being. Jesse has a background in English and was previously an English professor before transitioning into health and wellness. Coomer is particularly noted for his books on breath-work techniques, including "A Practical Guide to Breath-work."  And what we will be discussing today, which is his book on the "language of breath".
