The Window of Tolerance
Hey! Today we're talking through a concept called the window of tolerance, which can help us to understand our own emotional capacity for dealing with stressors in life, and also offer some insight into how to expand that capacity. Meaning that we spend way less of our lives feeling super anxious and overwhelmed, or low and disconnected. I really hope there's something here which helps you. A little look at the Person-Centred Approach to therapy!
