Mac is a valued friend who I have had the pleasure of acquainting for over a decade now. We first met as these two clueless class 4 kids in a new school, and it has been a wild ride since. He and I have been exchanging ideas on the value of society and kinship in the family for quite a while and I've always felt he have an incessant message of hope and happiness he'd be obliged to share with the population. We discuss topics ranging from how a simple pronoun can mean a difference between normal and a state of mental anxiety for a man. We have come a long way in our fight for the love and inclusion of all humans irrespective of gender, sexual identity and orientation. Change is never easy, but gradual change treads us closer to the promised land when done consistently.
