INCIVIL PROJECT

10/10 for both Charles and Ian! I listen to Charles all of the time, but a lot of what Ian resonates with me as well, and I like that he is the more reasonable vice of conservatives.

I enjoy listening to Charles’s outlook on the world and appreciate his critical thinking skills, as well as his legal experience (as an LEO, judge, and lawyer). Although I generally do not agree with Ian, he is a sane conservative voice. He should defer to Charles’s experience when relevant instead of sticking to his assumptions, but at least he states “I think...” instead of acting like he’s offering well-researched facts. The first few are a wee bit messy with the guys talking over each other, and Ian tends to repeat controversial statements instead of backing them with evidence, but they truly find their groove on banter (some of this cluster I assume is the result of Texas to Malaysia tech lag). Quick and solid debate over topics of the day. Both men bring something to the table. Well done, gents. 🙌

Edit to my previous review: The more recent episodes have been far more enjoyable and easy to listen to. The dialogue between Ian and Charles has been great! Apparently, Ian is just REALLY passionate about nurses posting dance videos on TikTok and couldn’t help himself. 😂 I am subtracting 5 because of Ian. It takes a LOT for me to stop mid episode and not finish it, but I cannot handle listening to Ian continuously yell over Charles while he’s talking. I love hearing Charles’s thoughts on things, and I would love to hear Ian’s viewpoint as well, but he doesn’t seem to have enough respect to wait until Charles is done speaking in order to share his opinions so I can’t even tell what he’s screeching on about. Wait your turn, Ian, it will accomplish so much more. I feel like Charles needs to hit Ian’s mute button...
