With roots in the UK’s underground and over two decades immersed in the culture, Indigo Reign has long been a respected voice within the scene. From pirate radio and legendary club stages to international collaborations, she has built a reputation for championing both pioneers and emerging talent while holding space for the stories behind the music. Beyond the microphone, Indigo Reign is also the founder of the award-winning charity Young Urban Arts Foundation (YUAF), which supports young people through music, creativity and access to industry opportunities. Her work has helped create pathways for the next generation of artists, producers and cultural leaders. She is also the founder of NURA, an international initiative connecting Jungle and Drum & Bass with new creative movements across East Africa. Through artist residencies, writers camps and festivals in Kenya, NURA is helping build bridges between scenes and opening new doors for global collaboration.
