    Are Ghosts Real? Rod is Back | INFINITE #046

    In this episode, Andres sits down with returning guest Rodney Landaverde to explore his word of the year: spirituality. The conversation begins with a simple but powerful idea — that maybe we’ve been spiritual all along. What’s on the other side of our ability to remain when things don’t go well or when we feel like quitting? This episode explores how greatness is often less about talent and more about the strength to stay. From Michael Jordan to Messi to Tom Brady, their stories reveal that their ability to remain was stronger than their circumstances, and ultimately shaped who they became. But what does it mean to remain spiritually? It’s not just staying in situations, it’s choosing to remain in the fruit of the Spirit and to remain in Jesus. Just like being around greatness elevates an athlete, time spent with Jesus transforms how we live and who we become. We close with a personal story that shows how remaining, even when things feel off, leads us to the destination we longed for, and sometimes even better.

The identity we believe about ourselves shapes our energy, our decisions, and what we connect to. Using the analogy of an iPhone that needs the right charger to function, Andres reflects on how knowing who we are determines the source we plug into. He also shares a story of a friend who spent years chasing a professional career until becoming a father forced him to let go of that identity, only to ironically perform his best and get drafted once the pressure of that label was removed. The conversation then invites listeners to reflect on the many roles they play and look for the deeper truths that exist beneath them. When we do, we begin to see that our deepest identity is not tied to what we achieve, but to who we reflect. Created in God’s image, we are reflections of love, goodness, peace, and faithfulness. And when we live from that truth, we begin to write the story God has placed us here to tell.
