Great, important podcast
This is a knowledgeable host with guests that break down the most important issues of our time of information overload, no annoying pundits here. Great experts that get to the point
Islamophobia masquerading as feminism
I had found many of the episodes to be reasonably informative, but the latest episode was nothing but Islamophobia that was masquerading as feminism. The interviewee, a Muslim woman, excoriated Islam for faults that exist in many religions, e.g. misogynistic teachings and practices in Christianity, Judaism and Hinduism, while the podcast host did nothing to present a more balanced and nuanced view of Islam. There are many moderate and liberal Muslims just as there are ultra conservative Christians, Jews, and Hindus. I am an atheist, so have no dog in the fight, but promoting Islamophobia as feminism is a disservice to the listeners of this podcast.
