Coach Freddie opens up about his own struggles with anger and shares powerful insights on how anger can be a never-ending loop that harms not only your health but your emotional well-being. He shares real-life examples, like the daily road rage we all experience and the toll it takes, especially when we keep replaying those angry moments in our minds. But there’s hope. In this episode, Freddie offers practical tools and coping mechanisms to help you break free from anger and lead a calmer, more fulfilling life. He walks you through: Shifting Your Mindset: The breakthrough realization that “nobody makes you angry—you choose to respond with anger” can be life-changing.
