    Todays Guest April Guardi MSN Human Services & minor in Psychology is a 20year veteran with a background of Human Services has a diverse background, experience and specific training in reporting, responding to, assessing and managing various emergencies and high stress situations. She is an accomplished instructor and training coordinator with special emphasis on instruction in health policy planning support & health systems data management, communication. *While in the Military April served as a Fire/EMS Dispatcher, (MP) Military Police Officer in the NY National Guard, Chaplain Assistant NCOIC, Medical support Assistant   *She has received numerous achievement medals from good conduct, service medal, Global War Terrorism, NY long Faithful Service Medal are amongst some She currently works as a HiPAA Privacy Officer and truly loves the point of her life now!! She talks about her views on stress and coping, hyperindependence, task- trust- ask ?? Something I've never heard about!
