Eliana Johnson and Chris Stirewalt love the news business but they hate a lot of what’s happening to it these days. Using their decades of experience in print, digital and TV news they tell the story behind the stories, always on the lookout for bias, sloppy reporting and, well, just plain wretched journalism. Every week they help you to be a better, smarter news consumer.

5/3 Star Split

Came here for Eliana after enjoying her takes on another pod. She is fair, funny and deserves 5 stars. I used to appreciate Chris’ approach but he just can’t overcome his TDS and is tedious. Even non MAGAs can find objective views on the current situation. Hoping Eliana can continue to team up with Emily J more in the future.

Wonderful and Fun

Look forward to this podcast every week. Great commentary and helps me keep up with news I might’ve missed.
