Inkwyrm Magazine is an intergalactic fashion publication, bringing readers the newest looks from all over the universe. At the head of it all is Annie Inkwyrm, and directly behind her is Mella Sonder, AI caretaker and Annie’s PA. Along for the ride is an overzealous PR director, a perpetually unimpressed physician, and an AI that really needs to learn some ethics. Putting up with her boss is hard enough, but with the cutthroat fashion industry, and whatever is trying to kill everyone today, Mella and the gang have their hands full. One part sit-com, one part space opera, Inkwyrm is an audio drama for the truly fabulous.

Funny and Romantic

Last episode of season two made me cry tears of joy more than once. The whole show provides good humor and provides a spectrum of characters that you as a listener can relate to. I am eager to hear more from these writers. Kudos. Good vibes to all.

SO GOOD!!

I love this podcast so much!! It’s so wonderfully queer and cute and romantic and just amazing!! The sound quality isn’t like the best™️ but it adds character and honestly it really shows how anyone can make a podcast no matter what! I binged it all in one day cause I was so hooked tbh

Space is Gay (and it's great)

Following in the steps of the Star Trek, the setting of Inkwyrm displays human and alien co-existence. What I like most about the podcast is that the writers, directors, and producers present emotionally dynamic cast of characters; the voice actors breathe life into the desires, beliefs, and flaws of these characters. No one is perfect, and Inkwyrm does a great job of presenting mental illnesses, sexuality, and gender identity not as challenges to be overcome, but as lifelong traits that are an integral part of someone's being. In addition to discussing each of these topics with grace, Inkwyrm also includes humorous, heartwarming, and shocking moments.
A well-rounded, well-written, and inclusive show about a fashion magazine has helped show the glorious gay space future I love returning to time and time again!

Side note: While the audio quality of the show is a bit sketchy at first, it does improve with time! Give it a few episodes and you won't be able to stop listening.
