    Miedler said that signs of improvement and pent-up demand are already emerging clearly in states that opened up in the past few months. Love this podcast. Great to have access that otherwise could not have, to ideas from the brightest minds and great leaders of real estate. A true gem of a podcast.

56 seconds is not a long intro

Whoever wrote that review clearly does not listen to podcasts. Biggerpockets takes 7 minutes usually before it gets started. I thought this was quick, informative, and had very entertaining content! Love it!
