    S2 E3 - Being mentally inconsistent: Undefined Head & Ajna experience

    A short solo episode today. Having an Undefined Head & Ajna center I'm super open and susceptible to other people's pressure to think, know, make sense and understand. When letting these open centers rule your life, it's easy to get overwhelmed and swept away by mental activity. What does it mean to have these centers open/undefined? How to "deal" with this openness and the mental overwhelm? What if it just requires a shift in perspective instead of fixing your mind or getting rid of thoughts?     S2 E2 - About successful relationships; what are they and what do they look like?

    My first guest is here! And today we talk about one of our favourite topics; relationships. Combined with our mutual love for consciousness, spirituality and tantra we contemplate this topic. Obviously with a taste of HD in the mix. Peggy and I are are currently at different stages of our lives when it comes to romantic relationships. Me having my first conscious long-term relationship ever after being single for years, she single after having multiple long-term partners in the past decade. We answer the episode's question from our own experiences and what we perceive in our lives.     What's in a name? The Inner Guru is weaved through my whole being and business, it even was my inspiration for this podcast. But what does it actually mean to be your own Inner Guru?     In this episode I discuss the 4 Human Design energy Types and how they interact with life. After unpacking and explaining the Type in the first half, I dive into my own experience with examples and what I've observed in our relationships.
