A few years ago I realised I was completely lost. I was anxious, disconnected from myself and searching for something I couldn’t quite put into words… now i realise that was Inner Peace That realisation sent me on a journey. A journey of healing, growth, self-discovery, travel and learning how to come home to myself. Inner Skye is where I share that journey. These audio journal entries are honest reflections from along the way. The things I’m learning, questioning, experiencing and discovering as I move through life 🌀 My hope is that this space reminds you that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling.     Journal Entry: This Was Never Meant To Be A Podcast

    Over the past month, something shifted 🦋 I spent a lot of time reflecting on this project, what it is, why I started it, and what I truly want it to become. Somewhere along the way, I realised that this was never meant to be a podcast. It’s an audio journal. A space where I can share my thoughts, stories, lessons, and reflections exactly as they come to me. No production, no pressure, no pretending… just honest conversations from the heart. My hope is that this becomes a place where you feel safe to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that you’re never alone in what you’re feeling.     I Returned to a Silent Meditation Retreat One Year Later…

    One year after my first silent meditation retreat, I returned… Everything felt different This time my Mind was sStronger, My Heart was more open and I could truly see how much Healing and Growth had happened over the past year. In this episode I talk about, What daily life in the Monastery was actually like The Resistance of Silence The Emotional Breakthroughs I Experience The Meditation Techniques that actually Changed my Mind completely The Unexpected reason I broke my silence…both times👀 How this retreat deepened Trust in myself, life & the Present Moment This experience transformed my in ways I’m still trying to put into words.     Why Success Alone Won’t Fulfill You: Inner vs Outer Purpose

    In today’s episode, I talk about the difference between our Inner Purpose and Outer Purpose, and why I believe true fulfilment starts within. So much of life teaches us that happiness looks like success, money, a house, a partner… and we chase these things believing, “when I get there, I’ll finally be happy.” But what if that endless chase is actually what creates the emptiness? External things can support our lives, but they cannot give us lasting fulfilment. Things come and go. In this episode, I explore why our Inner Purpose comes first: * Who do you want to be? * How do you want to feel? * How do you show up for yourself and others? We have to build our inner foundation first — and from there, create our outer life.

    Letting Go of Control: From Fear to Trust

    In this episode, I talk about my journey of letting go of control. something I didn’t realise I was holding onto so tightly. For a long time, I tried to control everything… how people would act, how my relationships would unfold, and how my life would look. Underneath it was a deep fear of losing things, and a belief that if something left, nothing would ever replace it. Through experiences like travelling, relationships, and loss, I began to understand what it really means to let go. This is a reflection on releasing control, learning to trust life, and allowing what is meant for you to come 🌀 without force.

    In this episode, I share my experiences with the last three relationships that deeply impacted my life. I talk about the patterns I couldn’t see at the time, the lessons I’ve learned, and how each breakup helped me grow and understand myself more deeply. I also reflect on how I moved through heartbreak, what it taught me about my needs and boundaries, and the kind of relationship I now choose to attract.

I was Anxious, Angry, Overstimulated, Depressed and deeply Lost. So I made it my mission to Find Myself… and to Find the Truth. Now I’m solo travelling the world 🤭 Learning, Healing, Growing and Immersing myself in different Cultures, People, Religions, Spirituality, Mental Health and everything in between. This Podcast is a Space where I share my Experiences, Lessons, Mistakes, Reflections, Creativity and Everything I learn along the way. My biggest goal is simply this: To Help People Feel Less Alone.
