Vipassana Bros 2 - Byron Stewart

Byron Stewart returns, 6 months after his Vipassana 10 Day Silent Meditation Retreat, to discus his current state of being and compare his experience with my own. During the time of this recording, it has been one week since my return from my Silent Retreat & I could not be more excited to finally share this exchange of thought and experience. I'm grateful for your ears and I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did :) *Disclaimer* Due to the nature of the retreat, I share a lot of the thoughts that arose in my mind at the time. Some of these concern suicide and may trigger individuals.

Innerstanding Episode 1 - Byron Stewart

Byron Stewart is a long time friend and human I look up to for his tranquil attitudes I've witnessed him develop as an individual. During this recording in August 2019, we discuss his experience at his first 10 Day Silent Meditation Retreat in the style of Vipassana.
