Katie has been interested in fitness and taking care of ones body since I met her my freshman year of college. She would buy every fitness magazine, read every fitness article online and went to the gym way more than the rest of us (maybe all of us combined 🤣). I love hearing how she has transformed her true passion into helping others feel wonderful about themselves. Her podcast information is practical, long lasting and totally do-able for busy women in 2020.
