These podcast share valuable information that many children and teenagers to help the improve themselves for better. The people who coach Louis talks have been successful with, are giving advice for people to listen to and improve themselves. These podcasts are awesome!! It is a great opportunity to listen to these successful players.

These podcasts are great for not only the athletes but for the parents and coaches. I personally really enjoyed this weeks podcast. A lot of questions that I have thought about were answered, and it was really nice to get the inside scoop of very talented D1, Surf Alumni, Soccer Athletes. I can relate to a lot of challenges that they have faced throughout their soccer career and I enjoyed listening to them. During this time, it is important to not forget about the things you value the most and I feel like they touch base on that a lot.
