We also dig into her personal life in regards to the most influential person in her life and how much wakesurfing has changed her life. Also, if you're not up to speed on how the competitive wakesurfing world works, Ashley explains how judging, scoring and competition works.

    The Inside the Loop boys sit down with professional soccer player of Real Betis FC and Cameroon national team player, Michaela Abam, to chat about how Michaela came to be the woman she is today and the stories that came along with it. We exchanged laughs, stories and ideas but mainly laughs. Michaela tells us about growing up in Houston with immigrant parents, playing soccer at West Virginia University, being the 4th overall in the NWSL draft, taking her talents to Europe and playing in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. John grew up in Houston, Texas where he was submerged in the world of music and sport at an early age. Whether it was about his childhood, baseball or music, he came in strapped with stories. We learned about John's childhood with his older brothers, senior pranks, his days playing for legendary coach Wayne Graham, his first minor league outing and the day his music blew up via Bleacher Report and Barstool.     Episode 10: Featuring Daniel Mengden

    We sit down with Daniel Mengden, right handed pitcher for the Oakland Athletics. Daniel is moving into his 4th year in the MLB and was kind enough to share some of his stories he's experienced along the way. He was kind enough to share what his childhood was like growing up in a homeschool environment in Houston, Texas. We also hear about his relationship with his parents and siblings, transitioning into high school and college, getting drafted by the Houston Astros and of course his time in thus far in the big leagues.
