    If you have set resolutions for 2026, let me ask you something. Did you set resolutions for yourself? Or is it possible that you set resolutions that maybe sounded good because other people around you were setting them. If you find yourself leaning more toward the latter, that's okay.  It's so easy to be swayed or influenced this time of year.
