INSIGHT OUT

Think, see, and live differently. By uncovering God’s truth and removing the blinders that keep us from seeing clearly, we are called not only to reflect on these truths when we rise, when we lie down, and in all we do, but to live them out in every area of our lives. As Deuteronomy 6:6-7 reminds us, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” Faith is not meant to stay in our thoughts; it is meant to be lived out in action. What fills our minds and hearts shapes our lives, and what we truly believe must become evident in how we live. Together, we will learn what it means to live this out every day. This is more than a podcast; it is a way of life, a call to see life InSight Out, to live as we were created to live, flourish as God intended, and build our lives on the rock-solid foundation of His Word. Why? Because how we live matters.

Anchor Points: Pity Party Days. What to Do When You’re Feeling Low

We’ve all been there—those days where everything feels a little heavier, a little harder, and you’re hosting a full-blown pity party (solo invite only). In this Anchor Point, I’m sharing what those days look like for me, how I recognize them, and how I’ve learned not to stuff down the feelings but to bring them—messy and all—to God. Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is be honest about where we are. Because He’s not afraid of your frustration, your tears, or even your sarcasm. So if you’ve been stuck in a “sorry-for-myself” loop lately, come sit with me for a few minutes. You’re not alone—and you’re not broken. Let’s talk about what it means to feel, to heal, and to reset with truth. 📖 Scripture Reflection: Psalm 62:8 “Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” 💬 Join the Conversation: What’s your version of a pity party day? Is it silence? Tears? Overeating? All of the above?
