Needs to explain better
The question of what is equity? Was not fully explained, if I want to hire one of these three as my realtor and they can’t explain that would be a huge problem for a first time home buyer. I want to make sure the realtor is someone that can be able to answer something simple like “what is equity?” Because it’s very stressful as a first time buyer.
