    Following is a conversation with Sophie Dermaux. Sophie is someone who has various interests and is constantly growing and re-inventing herself. Alongside her work in the tech sector, Sophie has been working with NGOs and various organizations, volunteering her time to help minorities develop the skills for tech sector jobs and growing and managing communities. She built one one of the biggest women in tech groups in the UK, DevelopHer, which went on to have over 5,000 members. Our conversation revolved around how to find a cause you are passionate about; how to start volunteering and getting involved in causes; how to deal with setbacks as well as when to let go of project and start something anew.
