Oh my stars!! I LOVED this! You must have been inspired to record this podcast this because what you said was exactly what I needed today. In fact, I started crying because it was like the Lord said, "Mel, you were asking for help. Try this!" Thank you!! I love how you made it fun, "Oh hello, fear. I see you there." What a great way to show our children that their emotions are not their enemy and sometimes just drawing attention to it is all those emotions need so they can pass. Thank you!!
