I started my own Spa Biz at 21 years old & still operate my Spa part time. 
I am an accomplished 7 time book published author. I am regularly invited to write articles for Spa industry magazines. 
My passion is helping Spa owners achieve more money for every hour that they work. 
During Covid, I was given an award for the work I did to support the industry & have been featured in a variety of podcasts, including Skin Inc, Associated Skin Care Professionals.

Charisma is not exclusive only to a select few. It is not to be misused for manipulation, narcissistic seduction, or destructive power plays. From now on, it will be our superpower to empower ourselves and others, find meaningful relationships, inspire people whose lives we touch, and build strong communities.
My conviction is that we all have our unique flavor of charisma within us. We just need to remove the barriers that block our light from shining through, access it and nourish it. Charisma is a learnable quality within our character.

Brief background of Trinn Hatch
Trinn Hatch was born into multigenerational military family, protection was a natural career choice. Over ten years of service, he provided personal security to Olympians, royalty, diplomats, executives, FDA scientists, elites and victims of human trafficking.
Trinn’s training and instincts prepared him to manage whatever the situation presented until one night in 2012. The assault took him by surprise and overpowered him. In a few brutal moments, his career and health were irreparably damaged.
His left leg was so severely broken the doctors weren’t sure they could save it. Trinn spent three months locked in an external fixator as they did surgery after surgery.
