    Self leadership through cancer and beyond with Sophie Trew

    I speak with a dear friend Sophie Trew about self leadership. Sophie was diagnosed with blood cancer at 23 and went on a sovereign journey of self-healing. She shares about following her instinct to find the right route for her to heal from her cancer diagnosis and her work to create the world's first holistic cancer awareness festival, Trew Fields. Sophie is an inspirational leader of her own life and also shares about Kris Hallenga, a friend and inspiration to her to really live life. After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014 when I was 23, I became my own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. I now have almost 10 years of study and experience in the field of holistic health. I teach breathwork to creatives, companies, speak at conferences and festivals. I work with 1-on-1 clients looking to improve their mental, emotional and physical health in a personalised, trauma-informed way using breathwork, nervous system tools, energy healing, mindset coaching, meditations and visualisations.     I speak with Jasmeen Hana about her current work to create an emerging temple village/ sanctuary in Egypt. We talk about what it takes to make our visions and sense of destiny happen, and the circular path that often brings us back to exactly where we started. Jasmeen is a devotee to the Egyptian mysteries and shares about her relationship with Egypt and lessons from the indigenous elders she is working alongside. About Jasmeen Jasmeen Hana, of Egyptian heritage, grew up in Cairo, where her transformative journey into ancient wisdom and self-discovery began in her teenage years. By her early twenties, she had delved into Vipassana meditation, yoga, shamanic practices, and the sacred use of the blue lotus in tea ceremonies. In her mid twenties she expanded her path through acting and tantra, exploring the deep embodiment of emotion and energy.     Shamanism and Indigenous Wisdom with Jez Hughes

    I speak with Shamanic Teacher and Healer Jez Hughes about shamanism and teachings from indigenous peoples raised in an animist culture - who believe in the aliveness and connection between everything. We also talk about the leadership of the shaman. A role in service to the community, creating healing for people and reciprocity between people and the earth, and how many modern medical crises of the Western world are an indication of 'soul sickness' and disconnection from land-based cultures and practices. About Jez Jez is the founder of Second Sight. He has studied shamanism intensively for twenty five years with various teachers, from both contemporary shamanism and indigenous elders across the globe.  He has a worked full time as a shamanic healer and teacher for nearly twenty years, treating thousands of people from the U.K and across Europe. He works closely with the indigenous Wixarika (Huichol) nation of north central Mexico, as a cultural liaison for their work in the U.K. and also through a ten-year commitment to apprentice with the sacred sites and teachers of their land. He is one of the founding directors of the Maye Takuta Foundation which is dedicated to the support and preservation of indigenous communities worldwide.  His own initiation involved a fifteen-year journey through various mental illnesses, physical convulsions and psychotic breaks before finding a cure in shamanism.     The Archetypal Arena with Raffaello Manacorda

    I speak with Raffaello Manacorda about leadership, power and looking at life through an archetypal lens. About Raffaello Raffaello Manacorda is an international Tantra teacher and practitioner. He has been practicing Tantra for more than 15 years and has undergone intensive training in several styles of Yoga. After completing an MA in Philosophy, Raffaello decided to spend more than twelve years living in alternative communities and experimenting with radically alternative lifestyles. It was in these wild years that he first encountered Tantra, the "rebel way to Spirit". This encounter developed into a life-long practice, first on a solo journey, then studying Tantra and Yoga in some of the best worldwide schools. Raffaello serves as lead faculty in ISTA, the International School of Temple Arts, and teaches and lectures worldwide. He is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Wisdom Studies with Ubiquity University (California).
