Valentina Kom ,

One of my favorite podcasts on yoga and Ayurveda

I absolutely love this podcast: the conversations are, as promised, intelligent, but also compassionate, kind and funny. Kathryn obviously has a deep knowledge of philosophy, but also an amazing ability to make it relatable and relevant for the 21 century. I always walk away with a new idea to try either in my personal practice or teaching.
Kathryn also has an amazingly soothing voice, so I would highly encourage to try her meditations too

Easily my favorite yoga podcast!

I love this podcast! Her voice is lovely to listen to, the pacing is at a digestible level so that every fact sinks in - this is something that matters, but isn’t noticeable until it’s done really well. She speaks eloquently about a broad array of topics that as a teacher I find engaging and relevant to my own offerings and growth as a yoga practitioner. I like the mix of interviews with guests and solo episodes and find myself going back to listen to episodes more than once.
