    4. 🧭 The Trip: The Trips that Set the Stage

    To understand who and how I was and I was enterting Costa Rica in 2021, it's important to have a sense of what portals had been opened already, and what I was poised to dive deeply into. There were three psychedlic journeys during the first year of Covid lockdown that helped deepen my understanding of self, expand my consciousness to the edges that it was ready to reach, and open doors to the healing that lay on the horizon. Through memory and read-aloud journal entries, in this episode I explore what happened during those journeys and share some of the things that were cememted as Truth in me as well as the insights I gained into my own being.     3.🌀The Integration: Our bodies wisdom, & how food, diet, & modernity can disconnect us from ourself

    The conversation around food, diet, and our bodies as intelligent vessels is truly an endless one, and one that I will undoubtedly come back to time and time again in this space. It's so layered, so nuanced, and so truly personal to each and every one of us. For me, it goes so deep that for a really, really long time I truly believed I may never come out the other side. But the truth of it is: what we consume matters. And consumption goes far beyond what we put in our mouths—it's what we listen to, watch, read. It's who we spend time with and the conversations we have. It can feel truly insurmountable to start the journey toward more aligned consumption, but it really is just one tiny step at a time.     2.📍The Present: Acutely feeling the end of an era, and the magic of the dawn of the new.

    2025 ended up being this truly beautiful year of grief. Mourning the existence and the life and the beauty of all that had been in my universe up until that point, the path I had walked, the journey I had undertaken. I was viscerally aware all year that I was allowing myself to linger in the throes of the death rattle, that the journey I had been on for the first 34 years of my life was complete. And that the dawn of what I had always been moving toward, the Me who had pulled all of the other "Me"s through, was imminent. That I had a choice in her arrival, and that I chose to revel in the end before starting the beginning. It's a fascinating thing, watching your own timeline shift. As I start out in this new chapter, it's already proving beautiful to witness the ways in which it moves through me, the ways I acquaint myself with what I've always felt and known would someday come.I've realized that speaking to that evolution is part of all of this as well. And that's a bit of what I'm exploring here today, in this particular Present. Thanks for being here. You're doing great. I love you.     1. 🧭 The Trip: March, 2021. The Stars Align in Covid to Lead to an Impromptu Journey to Costa Rica

    The invisible string becomes visible only in retrospect, and now it's clear to see how all of the stars aligned between March 2020 and March 2021 to lead straight to destiny. From unemployment benefits, to winning a small lottery, to spending a year on a deep dive into my own consciousness, the universe was conspiring entirely in favor of me being poised to dive headfirst into the current of forever that awaited me.     Setting the scene and the intention for the journey ahead: the undertaking is massive, the story is true, and not a single stone will be left unturned. Through this podcast series, written work shared on Substack and Instagram, as well as books that are being written as we speak, I'm bringing my entire internal world, my whole lived experience, to life and sharing all I know and love with anyone who finds themselves called to it. Future episodes will be broken into one of three parts: the trip, the integration, or the present. The trip will tell the literal story of how this entire journey has unfolded; the integration will be a space for spirituality, healing, coming to understand and truly live the lessons taught; and the present will explore whatever is front of mind in this moment.
