The occasional snippet of advice, some humour, a few facts and a bit of direction; but mostly their love of learning and how it can be done in the workplace (and off the job 😊) Each episode is around 15 minutes’ long, and is recommended for anyone thinking of becoming an apprentice (no matter what age), and employers looking to develop their teams (or if you’re really bonkers and just want to hear some pretty engaging banter, this is for you too 😊)

    National Apprenticeship Week 2020

    This first show coincides with National Apprenticeship Week & so shares some of the great things taking place over the next seven days to benefit both employers & apprentices. Bringing it to life, Kim asks Lanny to tell her about her own experience as a Level 3 Team Leader apprentice; warts and all. Oh, and there’s also a dog called Bill 😊. Enjoy.
