    I took the month of May off, not as a vacation, but as an intentional space for growth. What I didn’t expect was how quickly my survival response showed up to test me.     When Losing People Means You’re Finally Getting It Right

    The Cost of Being Liked: Authenticity Over Approval

    Those relationships were never built on the reality of someone just liking you for you. When you have the whole world liking you, you’re just managing the whole world not being authentic. The moment you’re authentic, there’s gonna be opinions, disagreement, and people who won’t vibe with it. And that’s where we learn to be okay with it. We find compassion and understanding that we’re all unique individuals.
