    To Defund or Not to Defund: That is the Question

    Following the uprising of protests last summer revolving around police brutality, the idea of defunding the police seemed like the perfect solution for what people wanted: radical police reform. Although, further looking into the issue at hand, it is seen that there are other options to create this substantial change in our system. Thus, we must take a deeper dive into the complex realm of “defunding the police”.
