    love/paranoia

    Although this is technically the 6th episode of Interrupted, it is also the 7th overall including the introduction. So happy to be this far in with my podcast! In this episode I talk about what healthy relationships are to me and how I believe they can be achieved. I also share my opinion on predator, Andrew Tate and other narcissistic & abusive men. I’ve seen toxic men ruin the most beautiful women. Its so hurtful to see but I have learned so much on relationship dynamics between those two specific genders. I address how I view cheaters and how to deal with one. I named this episode after one of my favorite Tame Impala songs named Love/Paranoia. He talks about being so in love but also terrified that his girlfriend is cheating on him. Definitely recommend checking it out.

    I’m back and I am better than ever. I dab in a little bit of everything with this one. I talk about psychedelics, El Salvador, spirituality, and my plans for the future.     THE US HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

    In 2019 I had a tumor that formed from my abdomen, surgically removed. Going through this intense, traumatizing, and unique experience forced me to learn more about myself, those around me, and the US Healthcare System. I am trying to bring awareness to flaws in our healthcare system that personally effected me and millions of people nationwide. Health care. Health. Care.

    Are you proud of yourself?

    Life is hectic and often times unfair. It is important to take those moments to have real and honest conversations with yourself. Check in with yourself. Ask yourself deep questions. Figure out how you are feeling and how you will go about reaching solutions to the problems in your life. Ask yourself, are you proud of yourself?

    This one is.. a real one. I talk about some personal things that happened to me that pushed me to do hair on my own. Grateful for every single lesson I have learned from all my past jobs. It helped shape the self employed woman that I am today, and im super excited to be sharing with all of you!!
