The Working Mum’s Experience
This episode, we are in conversation with Lucy Cassidy. Lucy is a manager within the NHS who has recently transitioned back into work after maternity leave. We speak to Lucy about her experience of amalgamating the experiences of working and parenting.
Lucy is a previous client of Lildonia’s and so also we get to hear how the process of coaching supported her journey back to work. We also learn out about her network - The Nottingham Mums Network set up with co-founder Rebecca to provide a safe space for working mums in the Nottingham area to gain support, learn skills and meet one another.

The Disability & Neurodiverse Legal Experience
This week we speak to Jodiann Gayle, founder of Legalnable - a disability support group for those pursuing a profession in the legal career. Jodiann enlightens us on some of the challenges students with disabilities come up against when starting their journey in the legal field. The Decolonised Theatre Experience
In this episode we speak with Tahiris, an Italian born, Caribbean theatre maker and movement practitioner living in the UK. Tahiris speaks to us about their important work decolonising arts practice and working towards better inclusion within the UK theatre space particularly in relation to PoC indigeneity, gender and class. We also spoke about her experiences of being a Caribbean person working and living in Italy and the UK.
