I'm back again. Here to stay this time. This podcast took off way more than I expected. I started it on a whim two years ago and never expected it would have this many listens. So, thank you! This is Season 2 and a hard reboot of the whole series. I'm keeping the style of talking about interview questions and that's going to be the beginning of this. But, I have some ideas of where else this could go. So, stay tuned. But for now I want to get back into the podcast and give you all content that is sorely overdue. Enjoy, pass the show along to friends, keep an eye on twitter for new episodes! I love you all! P.S. I'm not sure how many episodes of the first season were explicit so I made them all explicit. Hopefully I can limit explicit content as I do these. I have a sailor's mouth so we will see.

Huh..But, don't worry, that's still a strength and the reason you are sitting in the office of who could potentially be your next boss. Strengths help define and broadly generalize why you're applying for whatever job it is your applying for in the first place. It's those strengths that make you stand out.
