    8. Interview with My 2021 Goals and My Procrastination

Welcome to the Eighth episode of the original podcast “Interview With Myself”. In this episode I really wanted to interview My 2021 Goals and My Procrastination as the half of the year mark is closing on me and very little progress was made about moving forward with some pretty big Goals. I was very curious about what they both have to say about my slow progress of achieving my Goals. Join me as we discover if they are best friends or sworn enemies? And can they come to an understanding so I can move forward with some big projects I am very passionate about?

    5. Interview with The Stories In My Head

    5. Interview with The Stories In My Head

Welcome to the fifth episode of the new original podcast “Interview With Myself”. In this episode, I interview The Stories In My Head and yes, there is much more than one of them. I have many stories that are present in my head on a daily basis, most of them are about how my life suck and how I don’t have anything going for me. I invited 3 of them (out of many) to come on and answer the very important questions: Why are they in my head all the time? Why do I believe them so much? And of course, can I get rid of them. All questions I’m sure you would like to know the answers to. They are loud and annoying, just like they are in my head, but they provided me with some good and interesting information about who they are? Why do they exist? And what should we do with them?

    3. Interview With My Emotional Pain

    3. Interview With My Emotional Pain

Welcome to the third episode of the new original podcast “Interview With Myself”. In this episode I interview my Emotional Pain.  I invited my Emotional Pain to be on this podcast after almost 40+ years of feeling him and having him get in my way of living a joyful happy life. I wanted him to answer some questions about why is he in my life? What’s his purpose? And what can I do with him? His answers were very healing to my surprise. And he may not be the pain in the ass I thought he was.

Pod-der ,

Wow - great stuff!

REALLY insightful writing here - everyone should listed, especially during the pandemic. Helps you to really think about the things that are going on inside you!

So insightful

Thanks to this podcast, I recently learned one of the most insightful things I’ve ever heard about trauma:

“People confuse me [trauma] with the actual event that happened to them. I didn’t cause the event. I showed up to help them survive it.... I am the solution in the moment. But once I show up, I don’t go away.”

How amazing is that? That’s something I will take with me going forward after this year. I faced a lot of personal trauma outside of the pandemic this year. This clarifies so much.

Hurray for Maia Akiva!

Takes the pressure off

Love this idea. What an enjoyable and low pressure way of addressing the universal issues we all wrestle with.
