    Importance of learning new things in life

    Many of us have been through the phase in life where we feel down, stuck, and depressed. One thing I understood is all this happens because sometimes we keep our minds so unoccupied that it has time to overthink everything in the world. To control that what I usually do is keep on learning new things so that I never have time to think about unnecessary stuff. In this episode, I talked about how investing time in new things changed me as a persona and how it helped me grow.
