Season 1 Finale

Happy Friday!! Season 1 has come to a close. It was a good run! I’m planning on making the seasons longer in the future but for now, we end at 10. In this special finale episode I follow up a few of the running stories of the season such as an update on the Artemis I launch that could finally happen next week! As well as an update on my fantasy record which I know you are all dying to hear about. Then I divulge some wisdom I wish to share with you all that I hope you can take something from as usual. Having A Spiritual Awakening

Happy Friday!! I hope everyone is having a great week :-) todays episode is something I’ve wanted to talk about for a while. I’ve been having a bunch of revelations over the past year that I feel like have completely changed my outlook on life and thus me as a person. I talk about how my fitness journey opened my eyes to what’s really in our food and how so many foods have been created over the past 100 years. How grocery stores mainly sell chemical infused crap and just how gross that is when you think about all the overly processed food that out numbers the real whole food in grocery stores. I talk about how David Attenborough has changed my perspective on nature and how much more I try to experience wilderness knowing there are so few wild places left on Earth. Then I talk about how capitalism and corporate greed is truly the root of all evil and how having my eyes opened to how pervasive capitalism is in our country has ruined my view of the world. It’s a more somber episode but touches on things I’ve been thinking about for a while now and I think its beneficial for as many people to realize these things as possible so that maybe change can happen in our lifetime. Interview With My Sister

Happy Friday!!! I am so excited about this episode because it is my first interview! I get to talk with my very best friend, my longest best friend, my beautiful, amazing, incredible sister! We discuss her college experience so far including her study abroad semester, her sorority, all the different majors she has gone through and the one that might stick. We talk about our style and the trends we like and find out we actually both like the same pair of Uggs which is shocking as we hardly ever like the same thing. Then we talk about how she could absolutely kill it if she wanted to be an influencer and what’s holding her back, along with more great conversation! If you wanna hear me get roasted this is the episode for you, she’s a little shy at first but by the end of the episode she has fully come out of her shell and I am so glad I got to record with her! My Top 10 Favorite TV Shows

Happy Fridayyyyyyyyy! I start off the episode with a little chat about how I’m feeling in regards to starting work soon. While I am excited to start a job I think I will really enjoy, I am worried about how much free time I’m going to have to give up due to the demands of the job. Ironically, I talk about how I think having all this free time right now is a bad thing for me because I can let my mind spiral on all the negatives. So I have all this free time I’m not really enjoying, yet I am stressed about not getting to have any free time after I start. I know, I’m a mess. Then I lighten up the mood by talking about my ten favorite TV shows. I have some sitcoms, reality competition, a procedural drama, and even a cooking show I recommend. I talk a little about each show and why I like it. Hopefully you remember one of my recommendations when you’re sitting there scrolling through the millions of options and nothing looks good. Hey friends! Happy Friday :-) I’m here with an episode I think is packed full of super cool information. I start off with running through some big world events such as the Queen’s recent death, the railroad strike in America that almost brought the supply chain to a screeching halt, and my big win in week 1 of Fantasy. The bulk of this episode is me telling you the simple formula I will be following in order to retire early, as a millionaire, through investing in low cost index funds. A strategy I try to detail as simply as possible in the hopes its easy to understand and implement for yourself! The Downfall of my Sorority Career

In this episode, I open with telling you about the Artemis I launch that should be happening any day now and a little about the NASA program. Then I talk about my short lived sorority experience and how the chapter getting kicked off affected me, when it was something I had wanted so badly. It's a funny story now looking back on it but when it was fresh it caused me a great deal of anguish and anger. Hopefully you guys find it sorta funny and some of the takeaways I see from the whole situation are relatable in some way. Let's all laugh at my pain as I debut my first real episode!
